We are a family owned and operated business, with over 110 years of
experience combined among the three principals of the company (Tom, Paul
and Joe Higgins). Whether rebuilding old track, constructing new track

our crew members and field supervisors have been with us in excess of

We take pride in our outstanding safety record, consistently maintaining
an “Above Average” EMR rating.
Our field crews are FRA and NRC trained.
In addition, they have also completed specialized safety training programs
which are required by our heavy industrial clients.
Our field crew members
participate in ongoing educational programs, including regular safety
instruction via our weekly “Tool Box” meetings which are held each Monday
morning.
High Level of Customer Service:
All of our projects are personally supervised by Paul (with over 30 years
of experience) and Joe Higgins (with over 25 years of experience).
Our 24 hour emergency response offers our customers the security of
knowing we will be ready and available to meet any unexpected circumstance
or problem. Currently, we have long-range single source maintenance contracts
with many chemical, automobile, petroleum and other heavy industrial
clients.
